In the beginning first half of the film, it was amazing. The story and pacing is excellent. But towards the end, everything just went downhill. The ending is disappointing; if he, Gerard Butler's character, is as smart as they say he is, he won't put all his eggs in a basket. The time limit of a conventional feature film absolutely screwed this film. Watch it if you want.
Moon (2009)
Labels: Duncan Jones | author: YaoClassic sci-fi in the footsteps of 2001: A Space Odyssey. The sets are decidedly 80's and impart a feel of good old science-fiction purity. Just one question, since it is so many years in the future, shouldn't the TV programs be at least what's being shown currently in our time? If i was in the future, I'd gladly watch reruns of Fringe. Aside from that, this is one awesome film and Sam Rockwell is my new favorite for sci-fi roles. Watch it!!!
